SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be process within 48 - 36 hours. For international we quote the shipping manually via USPS. Please proceed with a email of your order with quantity and size so we can invoice you total cost with shipping. Once approved and paid we can ship your order. On all orders shipped out signature is required upon delivery in order to obtain your order from carrier service. You can reject signature confirmation just write it within comment box when ordering, be aware that you will take full responsibility of your order if lost or stolen which result in no refund or credit. There are times USPS shipping rates are down on the site. If that is the situation and you've already purchased your order, ME Hair Care will adjust the shipping cost before orders go out. You will be contacted to pay the difference in shipping cost.
RETURN POLICY
There are no refunds for purchased products or trades for the reason of not successfully advertising or marketing your private label products. ME Hair Care only refund product defects done on our behalf.
Please be advise upon receiving your private label products, check inventory to make sure everything is accounted for and no defects. If so, please contact us immediately to resolve the matter at Mehaircaresales@gmail.com
